About Us

The North Castle PBA represents the hardworking men and women of the North Castle Police Department, who protect about 12,000 people across our 26-square-mile town. These officers report for duty each and every day with a drive to protect our great community. 

The department is currently comprised of 32 sworn police officers -- the lowest staffing level we've seen in 17 years. This figure is below recommendations provided by the NY State Division of Criminal Justice Services staffing analysis conducted in 1997.

Despite the significant drop in our staff level, the officers represented by the North Castle PBA are driven to provide excellence in public safety to the residents, businesses, and visitors of our community.
